A Day In The life Of A Trainee

Well...one thing you can be certain of as a trainee is that you will never have two days the same!. 

At Beviss & Beckingsale you will enjoy a good deal of responsibility and client contact from day one.  You will not spend your training contract chained to the photocopier or kettle; as is the case in some City firms.  Instead you are given your own case load albeit under close supervision.  You may find yourself  sitting in on interviews with clients, or drafting proceedings or attending property auctions

Our Trainees are given good levels of experience in our Property, Private Client and Litigation teams. This enables them to put everything they have learnt in theory from their degree and LPC, into practice. 

At Beviss & Beckingsale not only is there an open door policy, but you will have the opportunity to meet with your supervising principal every day to go through your work.  This is your time to ask any questions you may have to ensure you are completely comfortable with the work you are doing. 

Our objective, shared with you, is to make the Trainee experience a rewarding one so that with the degree of  responsibility and support given, you will feel confident that on qualification you will be ready to handle your own case load.
