No Win No Fee

No Win No Fee Agreements or Conditional Fee Agreements are based on the principle that you will not be charged for the time we have spent working on your case unless you win your case.

If you win your case then we are entitled to charge for our time and an extra fee, known as a success fee. Although usually, if you win your case, most of our fees are met by the losing party, this does not apply to the success fee, which has to be met by you.

Accordingly, if your want to make a claim but are worried about legal costs then such an agreement may be a possible way forward. Apart from any out of pocket expenses, which may have to be incurred, such as Court Fees, you will not be asked to pay our fees upfront or as your case progresses.

Many people believe that No Win No Fee Agreements are limited to personal injury claims. However, that is not the case and we can offer No Win No Fee agreements on all of the following types of claim:-

  • Disputes over the validity of Wills
  • Claims for provision from the estate of someone who has died
  • Contract disputes
  • Farming disputes, including partnerships
  • Professional Negligence claims
  • Trustee Disputes and claims for Breaches of Trust
  • Co-Owned Property Disputes & Challenges to Property Transaction
  • Claims as a result of someone going back on promises and assurances which have been relied upon

In addition to No Win No Fee arrangements, we can also agree alternative funding arrangements with you such as undertaking the initial work for a capped fee that you are comfortable with, so that you can review matters and make an informed decision about whether or not you would like to proceed.
