Zoë joined the firm in 2000 as a trainee and has practised exclusively in family law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002. She became a Partner in the firm in 2006 and heads the firms litigation department.
She specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlement, separation agreements, cohabitation disputes, private children law matters and domestic violence.
She has particular expertise in the resolution of financial issues arising on divorce or separation especially the more complex and higher value cases and particularly those involving businesses, farms and pensions.
She also has extensive experience in private law children cases relating to arrangements for the care of children, essentially applications for residence and contact.
She is a member of Resolution and a trained Collaborative Lawyer.She seeks to deal with cases in a constructive and conciliatory manner wherever possible.
Zoë lives in Somerset with her family. She enjoys horse riding and walking in the local countryside.
