    Having obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in Law at Cambridge University, and thereafter completed his training at one of the most prestigious firms of solicitors in the City of London, Stephen has lived and worked as a solicitor in the West Country for the last 30 years.
    Stephen handles all kinds of civil litigation, and specialises in the following areas :-

    Disputes in respect of Wills, Intestacy, Contested Probate, and Trusts, acting not only for Clients throughout the West Country but also for Clients based further afield in London, the Midlands and the South of England.

    Property Claims,
    including disputes relating to jointly owned property, estoppel claims in respect of property in the name of one party but claimed by another, and claims based upon constructive and/or resulting trusts.

    Howard is originally from Worcestershire and has lived and studied in Wales for the last ten years.  Howard joined Beviss & Beckingsale in December 2009.  Howard specialises in Civil Litigation and deals with an array of contentious matters on behalf of individuals and companies. At the age of just 28, he has recently qualified as a Higher Rights Advocate in Civil Proceedings and from 1st April 2010 will be one of only four thousand Solicitor Advocates in the country

    Emma obtained her LLB Law degree at Cardiff University and qualified as a solicitor in October 2011 following the completion of her Training Contract with Beviss & Beckingsale.  Emma has qualified into the firm’s growing Litigation department where she is developing her specialist knowledge of Contested Probate and Trusts work as well as disputes regarding property ownership.
