    Since obtaining a law degree at Cambridge University and doing his training in the City of London, Stephen has lived and worked in the West Country and now has over 20 years experience as a litigation solicitor.

    He specialises in all kinds of probate and inheritance disputes, and in breach of contract and negligence claims against professionals such as solicitors, accountants and surveyors.

    Howard is originally from Worcestershire and has lived and studied in Wales for the last ten years.  Howard joined Beviss & Beckingsale in December 2009.  Howard specialises in Civil Litigation and deals with an array of contentious matters on behalf of individuals and companies. At the age of just 28, he has recently qualified as a Higher Rights Advocate in Civil Proceedings and from 1st April 2010 will be one of only four thousand Solicitor Advocates in the country
