Mark was born and brought up in Somerset.  He now lives in Colyford, near Colyton with his wife Helen and young son Sam. 

Mark joined the firm in 1996 and became a Partner in 2000.  He is based at the firm's Axminster office and deals with all aspects of property work as well as advising local businesses and farmers.   He assists local organisations on a voluntary basis - the Seaton Hospital League of Friends, The Health & Local Food For Families Charity and Kilmington Cricket Club amongst others.    He is also a member of the Axminster Chamber of Trade and Agricultural Law Association.  

Mark does enjoy life out of work.   He enjoys all country activities but his particular passion in life is rugby.   He played rugby up until a few years ago when a serious knee injury ended his rugby playing days.   He now helps with the coaching at Sidmouth Rugby Club where his son Sam plays in the under 14 team.
