Anne qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2001 and joined Beviss & Beckingsale in April 2015.
She handles all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
Anne has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market in Chard, Ilminster and the surrounding areas.
She is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
