Jo Fassnidge

Solicitor

Jo joined B&B in 2017 following a short career break to raise her young family.  She qualified as a solicitor in 2005, specialising in family law.  She has experience in divorce and financial proceedings, private law children matters, cohabitation disputes and domestic violence.  In addition to her family specialism, she has a wide range of experience in general litigation, landlord and tenant, private client work and contested wills and estates.  Jo is now focussing solely on family law, but is able to draw on this broad knowledge to help find pragmatic solutions to difficult and sensitive issues.

In Jo's spare time, she enjoys exploring Dartmoor and beyond with her children, being walked by her Patterjack terriers, baking and attempting to run!
