Sanjeev Harash

Partner

Sanjeev specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property law. He acts for commercial and residential landlords and tenants, advising them on all aspects of their property interests and dealings, and also acts for lenders and borrowers on bridging finance arrangements.

He also has experience with business dispositions and acquisitions and share transfers.

Other property related work includes advising on option agreements, overage transfers, and buying and selling at auction.

Sanjeev became Partner in the summer of 2018.

Outside of work, Sanjeev is working on perfecting his golf swing at the driving range and keeping abreast of international test match cricket. He’s recently discovered the joys of camping and having just bought a trailer is hoping to do more of this.
