Benitia Knowles-Wright

Solicitor, Family

Benitia joined Beviss & Beckingsale Solicitors in 2019 after relocating from Wiltshire.  Benitia qualified as a Solicitor specialising in family law in 2017 and has continued to develop her skills working for both a private law firm and the Local Authority since.

Benitia has experience in all family matters including separation and divorce, division of finances, arrangements for children and injunctions in cases of domestic abuse.  She can also assist with pre and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation disputes.

Benitia takes a pragmatic approach to matters, putting the needs of her clients first.  She is clear and approachable, ensuring that the client understands the options available to them and feels supported in taking the next steps.

Benitia is a member of Resolution, a family law group committed to resolving matters in a non-confrontational manner. That said, Benitia does not shy away from the fact that, at times, the client will be best served by addressing the issue through the Court.

In her spare time Benitia enjoys playing netball (balanced out by a love of cake!) and watching rugby.
