Marie Cude

Property Executive

Marie Cude is a Property Law Executive based in the Honiton office, where she is a member of the Property Department. She joined Beviss & Beckingsale Solicitors in 2014, having previously worked in another law firm as a Conveyancing Assistant/Personal Assistant in the Property Department.

Marie has over 11 years’ experience dealing with residential conveyancing transactions. She specialises in sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, mortgages and re-mortgages and assured shorthold tenancies.

In 2019 Marie intends to develop her skills and knowledge of property law by studying to become a Licenced Conveyancer.

In her free time, Marie enjoys socialising with her friends and spending time with her family.
