Sanjeev Harash

Partner

Sanjeev is a Partner based in the Axminster office where he is member of the Property Department. He joined Beviss & Beckingsale in 2016 and became a Partner in 2018. Prior to joining us, Sanjeev specialised in property and litigation at the London office of an international law firm, having qualified as a solicitor in 2008.

Sanjeev has over 10 years’ experience practising commercial and residential property law. He acts for commercial and residential landlords and tenants, advising them on all aspects of their property interests and dealings, and also acts for lenders and borrowers on bridging finance arrangements. Sanjeev’s expertise includes business dispositions and acquisitions, share transfers, advising on option agreements, overage transfers, and buying and selling at auction.

In his spare time Sanjeev enjoys perfecting his golf swing at the driving range and keeping abreast of international test match cricket. He’s recently discovered the joys of camping and having just bought a trailer is hoping to do more of this.
