Partner and Head of Private Client

Victoria is a solicitor, Partner and Head of Private Client based in our Axminster office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Beviss & Beckingsale in 2008.

Victoria has over 10 years’ experience dealing with private client matters. She specialises in wills, probate and administration of estates, Inheritance Tax advice, mental capacity issues and generally advising elderly clients.

Victoria is regularly instructed by farming families and landowners to advise on succession, agricultural property relief and business property relief.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys competing in triathlons and she loves to cycle, taking her bike on holiday with her whenever she can.
