Zoe Gaitskell

Partner and Head of the Family Team

Zoe Gaitskell joined Beviss & Beckingsale Solicitors in 2000 as a trainee solicitor and has practised exclusively in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2002.

She specialises in all aspects of family law including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, financial settlement, separation agreements, cohabitation disputes, private children law matters and domestic violence.

Zoe has particular expertise in the resolution of financial issues arising from divorce or separation and is frequently instructed by farmers and business owners in the local area. She regularly deals with cases where there are substantial assets including pensions and where assets are located abroad.

She is also experienced in private law children cases relating to arrangements for the care of children and regularly receives instructions from grandparents seeking contact with their grandchildren.

Zoe is an Accredited Resolution Specialist in complex financial and property matters, a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme, and a Collaborative Lawyer.

Zoe’s hobbies include horse riding, walking, and kayaking with her family.
